1.About sample---------We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the freight.

2.About packaging---------Normally,according to the standard package,but if you need,packaging can be up to you to decide.

3.Damaged items---------Any item received that gets a broken or damaged part during shipping we will replace the broken part that was damaged for free. It usually takes us about 1-2 weeks to replace any part.
